Bespoke and Sawn-to-Size Orders
Please note that made-to-order, bespoke or sawn-to-size window boards and timber products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items
